Dan Murphy and Liz Maybury made the experience BEYOND great! As a first time home buyer, I was so lost about what needed to be done. Communication was great! Most importantly that the client was pre-approved and I used that information and the fact that it was approved with Annie Mac to win the sale over others. Not to mention that my client that the pre-approval proved itself when we closed. I only feel secure on closings when they approved by Annie-Mac
